CCTA Public Meeting – February 2015

The Coastal Carolina Taxpayers Association (CCTA) announced that Dr. Greg Brannon will be the featured speaker February 17 at the monthly public meeting.  Brannon, who was a Tea Party favorite in the most recent Republican Primary for US Senate, will make a presentation called “Uncompromising Liberty”.  According to Brannon, “It’s time for Individual Liberty and Freedom to become completely, 100% non-compromising – period – or they will be gone forever”.

Born in a working class neighborhood in South Central Los Angeles, Greg and his brother were raised by a single mom who set an example of hard work and determination.  Greg was the first member in his family to go to college, earning a scholarship to the University of Southern California, where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Science in 1982; his Medical Degree from the Chicago Medical School in 1988; his OB/GYN Residency was performed at Los Angeles County/ USC Women’s Hospital in 1992; and he was a Clinical Professor at UNC/Wake AHEC from 1993-1994 before opening his OBGYN practice in Cary, NC in 1993.

Coastal Carolina Taxpayers Association is a nonprofit, non-partisan organization dedicated to lower taxes, smaller government, individual liberties and protection of the US Constitution and the free enterprise system.  Membership in CCTA is open to everyone.

The February 17 CCTA public meeting is free and open to members and non-members alike.  The meeting will begin at 7 PM in the Stanley Hall Ballroom at 305 Pollock Street, downtown New Bern.  Refreshments and educational displays are available 30 minutes before the meeting.
